I am in the process of making a jig to use with my router  to cut the reel seat depression I have looked at the reel seat mortising knobs that Tony Spezio made how ever I am looking for other designs as well. Also I am looking for some longer drill bits. a bit that will pass completely through the real seat with some room to spare.  (Denny Dennis)

I believe you are wanting Taper Length drill bits. You should be able to get then at a tool supply there locally.  (Tony Spezio)
