Anyone using or tried Etch-O-Matic to mark reel seat butt caps?  (Bob Williams)

We use the electro/chemical method to mark tool control numbers on our metal tools for the Aircraft industry. Works well but not very decorative.  (Shawn Pineo)

Not cheap, but you might want to consider a little NC mill with a rotary fourth axis (like at www.maxnc.com) with Wingraver, then you can even engrave the customer's name.  (I'm playing around with this myself but haven't bought the rotary axis  yet.)  Besides, then you can make all sorts of nifty parts, too!  (George Bourke)
