I am Jon Holland, a semi retired carpenter, avid small stream fisherman and part time rod maker (2 years). I currently live in San Diego. Finally got to put some faces to names this last July at the CRR. I am currently on my 19-20th rods and still feel like a green rookie.  Hope to make it to the SRG someday, it's on my bucket list.
