I would like to build a bamboo bluegill rod.  Normally I use a plastic one wt and would like to replace it.  However, exploring the taper libraries available on-line reveals a dearth of one wt tapers.  Anyone have one they'd like to share.  (Michael Johnson)

You might want to check out tapers by Digger DeGere. I know some of them are 2 wts and if I'm not mistaken he also had a 1 wt taper.  (Will Price)

There may have been a Digger one wt, but I believe it was a one piece rod, which I'm not interested in building at this time.  (Michael Johnson)

Simple fix. Make it as a 2 piece version. I don't think that there is a wealth of 1 wt tapers for bamboo.  (Will Price)
